VICE PRESIDENT OF CUSTOMER LOYALTY SURVEY RESEARCH - MARKET RESEARCH COMPANY

The Director of Survey Research will work with clients to understand business needs, and develop and deploy survey research solutions.  This individual will propose, design and deliver survey research consulting services to clients including providing overall management for the research phase of projects and associated data collection activities, developing survey content, defining sampling plans, analyzing survey data, and preparing and presenting survey results.  This position will serve as the key research contact for customers, vendors and internal project teams, and will collaborate with others to identify and develop business opportunities and provide on-going sales support on proposals.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • a four-year degree in social science, market research or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • significant experience in sales support is required; 7-10 years of experience in customer satisfaction loyalty survey research and general survey research consulting is preferred
  • in-depth knowledge of Customer Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) Loyalty models; expertise with SAS or SPSS
  • excellent written and oral communication skills, strong leadership skills, and the ability to excel in a team environment
